sizes=\"(max-width: 370px) 100vw, 370px\" \/>Le cours de Yoga<\/h2><p>L\u2019Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga a \u00e9t\u00e9 red\u00e9couvert en Inde au d\u00e9but du 20\u00e8me si\u00e8cle par Krishnamacharya, puis r\u00e9pandu dans le monde par Pattabhi Jo\u00efs. C\u2019est un <strong>yoga dynamique tr\u00e8s complet<\/strong> qui permet de se vider la t\u00eate, de se recentrer, de se tonifier tout en s\u2019assouplissant. Assez physique, il peut convenir aux personnes plus ou moins sportives, qui aiment transpirer et affiner leur technique au fur et \u00e0 mesure. Gr\u00e2ce aux mouvements synchrones \u00e0 la respiration (vinyasa), lentement le mental se calme et le corps se d\u00e9lie. Les postures (asanas) s&rsquo;enchainent dans un ordre pr\u00e9cis, suivant les pr\u00e9ceptes des ma\u00eetres yogis, afin d&rsquo;activer l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie vitale.<\/p><p><strong>Le cours de yoga<\/strong> se construit toujours de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on et permet de devenir rapidement autonome. Un temps est d\u00e9di\u00e9 au recentrage, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de sa respiration, puis nous passons aux salutations au soleil, ce qui correspond \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chauffement, puis arrivent les postures debout, les postures assises et enfin les postures invers\u00e9es. Pour finir, nous profitons d\u2019un moment de relaxation bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9, entre 5 et 15 minutes.<\/p><p>Toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e nous travaillerons la premi\u00e8re s\u00e9rie de postures (environ 60) en commen\u00e7ant doucement avec des variations pour progresser \u00e0 son rythme. Puis, au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, nous augmenterons la cadence et travaillerons de nouvelles postures.<\/p><p>En sortant d&rsquo;un <strong>cours d&rsquo;ashtanga<\/strong>, on se sent plus vivant, les deux pieds enracin\u00e9s sur Terre et la t\u00eate lib\u00e9r\u00e9e, all\u00e9g\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Ce qui est important pendant la pratique, ce n\u2019est pas l\u2019aptitude \u00e0 \u00ab bien faire \u00bb les postures, mais la conscience dans leur mise en place, dans leur ex\u00e9cution et la r\u00e9ceptivit\u00e9 \u00e0 ce qui se manifeste en vous m\u00eame.<\/p><p>La souplesse n\u2019est pas une condition n\u00e9cessaire. Chaque corps est diff\u00e9rent et chacun fait avec ses possibilit\u00e9s, s\u2019ajustant \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience propos\u00e9e dans un esprit d\u2019ouverture. Ainsi, l\u2019esprit de comp\u00e9tition n\u2019a pas de raison d\u2019\u00eatre, il risque m\u00eame de vous rendre violent avec vous-m\u00eame, ce qui est l\u2019inverse du yoga. <strong>L\u2019aventure du yoga<\/strong>, c\u2019est l\u2019ouverture de la conscience.<\/p><h2>Les bienfaits du Yoga<\/h2><p>Ce style de yoga dynamique permet un nettoyage interne car nous transpirons. Cette transpiration permet<br \/>d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer les toxines et de se d\u00e9barrasser des impuret\u00e9s.<\/p><p><strong>Le yoga a de nombreux avantages pour le corps :<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>la
